Most Businesses Do Not Have an AI Problem. They Have a Repetition Problem.
Enquiries arrive out of hours
A prospect asks a question at 10pm and gets an answer the next working morning — if they have not already contacted someone else.
The same questions, endlessly
Pricing, availability, turnaround, location, documents needed. Answered correctly every time, by a person, at full cost.
Calls go unanswered
Appointment and booking businesses lose revenue to a ringing phone more reliably than to any competitor.
Leads go cold before follow-up
Follow-up depends on someone remembering. The enquiries that get chased are the ones that happened to be top of the pile.
Data is re-typed between tools
Form to spreadsheet to CRM to invoice to email. Every hop is manual, and every manual hop is where records drift apart.
Knowledge lives in people's heads
Policies, past quotes and how-we-do-it-here sit in documents nobody searches, so staff interrupt each other to find them.
AI Automation Services
AI Chatbots & Website Assistants
A chat assistant trained on your own services, pricing rules and policies — answering questions on your website, qualifying the enquiry and passing a real lead to your team with the conversation attached. See chatbot development for how one gets designed, grounded and handed over.
AI Voice Agents
A voice agent that answers calls, handles routine questions, captures caller details and books or reschedules appointments — for clinics, service businesses and anyone whose phone rings faster than it gets picked up.
Workflow Automation
Connecting the tools you already run — forms, CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets, accounting, messaging — so a new enquiry, order or booking moves through them without anyone re-typing it. Where a system has no usable API to connect to, that becomes screen-level RPA development instead.
Automated Lead Follow-Up
Reply, reminder and nurture sequences that fire on the actual state of a lead rather than on someone remembering, with the escalation to a human built into the flow instead of bolted on afterwards.
Internal Knowledge Assistants (RAG)
A retrieval-based assistant over your own documents — SOPs, contracts, product data, past projects — that answers from approved sources and cites which document it used.
Document & Data Processing
Reading incoming documents — invoices, forms, applications, resumes — extracting the fields that matter and putting them where they belong, with a review step for anything the model is unsure about. Wired into a scheduled, rule-based process end to end, this is RPA development.
Automation or a Custom AI Application?
AI Automation — this page
You have working systems and want AI layered on top of them. The deliverable is a chatbot, a voice agent or a set of connected workflows. Shorter to build, sits alongside what you already run, and can usually be piloted on one process before it goes wider.
AI-Powered App Development
The AI capability is the product — a new application built around it, with its own users, data model and interface. That is a larger, considered build, and it is covered on our AI-powered app development page.

Connected to the Tools You Already Run
- CRM & sales pipelines
- Website & enquiry forms
- Email & calendar
- WhatsApp & messaging channels
- Booking & appointment systems
- Spreadsheets & internal databases

- Existing APIs & internal systems
What AI Automation Does Not Do
It is not perfectly accurate
Language models get things wrong. The design question is never "will it be wrong" but "what happens when it is" — which is why grounding, validation and a human escalation path are part of the build, not extras.
It does not replace your team
It removes the repetitive first pass. Judgement, exceptions, negotiation and anything with real consequences still need a person — and the handoff has to be smooth or customers notice.
It cannot fix bad source data
An assistant answering from outdated documents will confidently give outdated answers. Where knowledge is stale or scattered, cleaning it up is part of the work rather than something automation papers over.
It is not set-and-forget
Prompts drift, providers change, your services change and your customers ask new things. Automation needs monitoring and periodic tuning, and we would rather price that in than pretend it is free.
From One Painful Process to Automation That Runs Itself
Identify
Walk through where time goes and where enquiries are lost, and pick the one process with the clearest payback.
Design
Map the conversation or workflow end to end, including what the AI must not answer and when a human takes over.
Connect
Confirm what each system's API actually allows, then wire the integrations and agree how data is stored and retained.
Build
Implement the agent or workflow, ground it in your approved content, and add validation on anything it writes back.
Pilot
Run it on real traffic in a limited scope with review turned on, and correct what the transcripts expose.
Operate
Roll it out with monitoring, cost tracking and a tuning cycle, then extend to the next process on the shortlist.
What an Automation Engagement Delivers
- Process review & automation shortlist
- Conversation or workflow design
- Configured AI agent grounded in your content
- Integrations with your existing tools
- Escalation & human handoff rules
- Data handling & retention decisions, written down
- Pilot run with transcript review
- Monitoring, usage & cost visibility
- Handover documentation & team walkthrough
A Software Team Doing Automation, Not an Automation Reseller
We can build the missing piece
When an integration does not exist off the shelf, we write it. Automation work that stops at what a no-code connector supports stops early.
We have built booking systems
Medix, our own hospital appointment product, is exactly the kind of system a voice or chat agent has to talk to — we have been on both sides of that integration.
Security is part of the build
Access control, secret handling and what data leaves your environment are decided during design, not patched in after a review. Our IT audit practice is the same team.
We will talk you out of it
If a process is too irregular, too low-volume or too consequential to automate well, saying so is cheaper for both of us than a pilot that quietly gets switched off.
It connects to the rest of your stack
We also build the websites, apps and internal systems automation plugs into, so the work does not stop at a boundary someone else owns.
Support after the pilot
Automation needs tuning as your business changes. Ongoing maintenance and support is an option, not an assumption.
